If you multistream, you need one place to read every chat. There are several tools for that, and they are not all the same shape. This page sets Combined Chat next to the ones people ask about most, including where each of them does more than we do. Details checked September 2026.
Multistream chat tools fall into three groups. Some run on the streamer's own machine as a desktop app, plugin or browser extension: Streamlabs, Social Stream Ninja and AxelChat. Some run in the cloud but are built around the streamer's account, so the chat belongs to whoever logged in: Restream Chat and ProChat. Combined Chat is a plain web page. Nobody needs an account to read it, and a streamer can hand the same link to every viewer.
That difference is the reason Combined Chat exists. It is also why several of the tools below have more platforms and more features than we do. A tool that only has to serve its owner can do things a public page cannot.
ProChat is a web-based chat tool for streamers. Its site lists six platforms: YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, Rumble and X. It can send messages to connected channels, run moderation actions across them, show details about individual chatters, monitor channels you do not own, and load as a browser source in OBS. There is a free tier and a paid Premium subscription.
ProChat is ahead of Combined Chat on platform count and on chatter insight tools. It is built around a user account and the channels connected to it. Combined Chat asks for no account to read, and a streamer's shareable link works for their viewers, not only for them.
Restream Chat is part of Restream, the multistreaming service. It gathers chat from the destinations you stream to through Restream and shows them in one place, with on-screen chat display, text-to-speech alerts and a Discord integration. The multi-chat feature is included on Restream's free plan.
If you already multistream through Restream, this is the path of least resistance. It is tied to a Restream account and to Restream's destinations, and it is a tool for the person broadcasting.
Streamlabs Desktop includes a multistream chat when you broadcast through Streamlabs Multistream, with chat support listed for Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, X and Kick. Streaming to more than two destinations through Streamlabs requires an Ultra subscription. Its Chat Box overlay widget supports BetterTTV, FrankerFaceZ and 7TV emotes.
This is the right choice if Streamlabs Desktop is already your broadcasting software. The chat lives inside that application, on that machine.
Social Stream Ninja is free and open source, available as a browser extension or a standalone desktop app, and supports more than a hundred sources including YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, TikTok, Discord and Zoom. It captures chat from open chat windows on the host machine and adds text-to-speech, bot commands, cross-platform message relaying and local AI integration.
Nothing else on this page comes close to its breadth or its automation. It requires an extension or app running on the streamer's computer, and it works by watching chat windows that have to stay open, so it is a tool for the host rather than something viewers can open.
AxelChat is a free desktop application for Windows and Linux, developed by one person, that combines chat from Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Rumble, TikTok, Trovo, Telegram and others. It supports BetterTTV, FrankerFaceZ and 7TV emotes, offers OBS widgets, a combined viewer counter across platforms and sound commands triggered from chat.
It covers more platforms than Combined Chat and has a combined viewer count, which we do not. It is an installed program on the streamer's machine.
