Combined Chat — Multistream chat for Twitch, Kick, YouTube and Rumble

Combined Chat is in beta. Things may break, and features can change without warning. It's free while we work that out.

Display settings

These change how chat looks here. The OBS overlay has its own settings, which start from these when you open the overlay builder.

Channel avatar

Shows the streamer's picture before the platform icon, so you can tell channels apart when watching more than one on the same platform.

Events

Pin subs and donations

Keeps subscriptions, gifts, raids and donations in a tray above the chat once they scroll past, so a busy chat cannot bury them.

What you missed

For streamers and their moderators, signed in: what happened on your channel since you last had it open here. In the chat, it comes first, with subs, gifts, raids, new followers, bans and timeouts in between the messages at the time they happened. As a card, it's a summary above the chat instead.

On your phone

Keep the screen awake while chat is open

Stops the phone sleeping while you are watching chat, which is what usually drops the connection. Switching to another app still disconnects: phones freeze background tabs and no website can prevent that. Chat reconnects the moment you come back. If your OBS overlay or another tab had the same channels open meanwhile, it fills in up to half an hour of what was said while you were away; otherwise only about the last minute or two.

Channels

Show viewer counts Viewer bar above chat

Viewer counts add the current number to each channel chip. The viewer bar shows every live channel's viewers above the chat, with the total across all of them. Counts update about once a minute.

Messages

Group repeated messages

Collapses the same message sent repeatedly into one line with a counter.

Show channel name on messages

When two channels from the same platform are open, tags each message with the channel it came from.

Make dark names readable

Lightens name colours that would be hard to read on the dark chat, such as black or navy, keeping the same shade. Other names stay as chosen.
